Immerse yourself in a unique culinary journey, enjoying the colors, textures, and aromas of a Mexican farm while harvesting your own vegetables and aromatic herbs. Then in a beautiful kitchen terrace built with stone walls and wooden ceilings, take a 4 course meal “hands on” cooking class, guided by one of our talented chefs, teaching you dishes of Mexican and Mediterranean cuisine. After the class, you will have lunch and enjoy what you created while enjoying the view of the fields and the breeze of the Sea of Cortez.

At our cooking school we like to let you decide what you want to learn!

For our public classes we like to teach whatever our guests want however we are limited on time. The final menu for public classes is determined based on the choices of all members of the cooking class.

CLASS SIZE

Our minimum class size is 2
For public classes with multiple groups we allow a maximum of 6 students

Large groups can reserve up to 15 students
(single household preferred)

To provide you the best experience with children we suggest you to book a private cooking class

How long is a habitual cooking class?

– The class last about 3-4 hours since the beginning of the tour until taking your meal

after the class

What is the price for a cooking class?

– About 160 USD pp for a public class

– About 230 USD pp for a private class

What is the menu that we normally offer?

we provide mexican food since appetizers like ceviche or aguachile , passing through more

complex dishes like mole or birria, garnishes like traditional rice or spicy sauces until

desserts like churros or sweet tamales

Open week long with classes offered at 10:00 am and 3:00 pm

Classes last around 3 hours including your meal
