Immerse yourself in a unique culinary journey, enjoying the colors, textures, and aromas of a Mexican farm while harvesting your own vegetables and aromatic herbs. Then in a beautiful kitchen terrace built with stone walls and wooden ceilings, take a 4 course meal “hands on” cooking class, guided by one of our talented chefs, teaching you dishes of Mexican and Mediterranean cuisine. After the class, you will have lunch and enjoy what you created while enjoying the view of the fields and the breeze of the Sea of Cortez.

For our public classes we like to teach whatever our guests want however we are limited on time. The final menu for public classes is determined based on the choices of all members of the cooking class.

Boucherie offers delivery service 7 days a week of single entrée orders and catering platters. We also offer pick up and take out for all of our fine, health conscious cuisine and famous organic, heirloom coffee and tea beverages. A Delivery Manager is ready to assist you with your order and coordinate your delivery, catering or pick up.
The Boucherie catering and events team are ready to help you coordinate your next special event. Our catering coordinator will handle all of your event needs with quality and elegance.
